Landscaper / Labourer (full-time) Application

Responsibilities:
- Perform work as detailed by foreman
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with established company policies and work procedures
- Provide courteous, exceptional customer service
- Constructing softscape
- Planting hedges, shrubs, perennials, and trees
- Pruning hedging & shrubs, garden bed clean-up, raking, cultivating, digging, moving mulch and soil, stump removal
- Meticulous job sites clean-up
- Operating a power equipment (trimmers, mowers, sweepers, blowers, etc)
- Additional work tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Available 20-30 hours/week
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Easily lift minimum of 50lbs
- Valid driver’s license with proof of driver’s abstract and reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of common hand / power tools related to landscape maintenance
- Knowledge, experience, and ability to use and climb ladders safely and correctly
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience is an asset
- Motivated, energetic team player
- Ability to take direction, learn and work independently, as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working for extended periods of time in a variety of outdoor environments including extreme hot and cold temperatures
